Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field or equivalent IT experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a Desktop Support or similar IT role.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Office 365.
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM tools (Freshservice preferred).
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 help desk support and act as escalation point for Tier 1.
• Diagnose, repair, and document complex hardware/software issues across devices.
• Handle on-site and remote support for location and branches, with on-call rotation.
• Manage hardware/software lifecycle, inventory, and device deployment.
• Produce clear documentation and maintain customer communication.
