Community Counseling Solutions in Eastern Oregon seeks an IT Technician (I, II or III) to support the IT Administrator and staff. You will install, modify, troubleshoot, and provide technical support for networked systems, printers, and devices.

Tech I requires an associate degree or equivalent; Tech II requires a bachelor’s with 3–5 years; Tech III requires a bachelor’s with 5+ years. The role offers competitive pay by level, benefits, and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Tech I requires an associate degree in a technical field or high school diploma with related experience.
• Tech II requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 3–5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Tech III requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Administrator in daily tasks including systems, LAN/WAN, and helpdesk support.
• Respond to staff questions via phone, email, or in person.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network printers and computers.
• Maintain equipment inventory and provide status reports to supervisor.
• Onboard new staff and train on software; pursue ongoing education for staff.
