Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• CJIS Level 4 certification required.
• Must pass criminal background check and have a valid Washington driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Windows PCs and laptops, troubleshoot, repair or replace devices as needed.
• Perform Active Directory maintenance and manage devices/groups.
• Assist IT Systems Administrators with escalated hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation of customer contact information and computer builds.
