Job summary

Teceze USA is seeking an on-site IT Support Engineer to deploy, install, configure, and validate healthcare IT devices during the Epic go-live period. You will set up workstations, printers, scanners, and WOWs, resolving hardware and connectivity issues while coordinating with site personnel and end users for swift issue resolution.

Healthcare IT experience with Epic go-live exposure is a plus, as is experience in hypercare and post-deployment stabilization to ensure smooth operations in a

Qualifications

• Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
• Printer installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration.
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
• Hypercare/post-go-live support experience is a plus.
