Job summary

Crusoe in Denver, CO is seeking a Contracts Coordinator (IT, Network, & Cloud) to bridge engineering needs with legal and financial requirements as Crusoe scales its digital infrastructure.

You will own Ironclad workflows, draft and negotiate key agreements, ensure GDPR/CCPA and SOC 2 compliance, and partner with Legal, IT, Security, and Sourcing. This on-site role offers growth in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of IT procurement or enterprise legal operations experience.
• Solid understanding of SaaS, IaaS, cloud hierarchy (Public vs. Private), virtualization, and data center network security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own Ironclad and DocuSign administration for contract workflows.
• Structure and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and SLAs for SaaS, IaaS, and Network.
• Evaluate deal scope and risk to classify into appropriate legal frameworks.
• Ensure vendor contracts meet cybersecurity standards and GDPR/CCPA/SOC 2 Type II.
• Maintain version control and metadata governance in Ironclad for audit readiness.
