Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Network Engineer to support the design, deployment, and operation of our corporate network infrastructure across offices, warehouses, and data centers. This role is ideal for an engineer who has moved beyond foundational networking and is ready to take ownership of medium-to-large network projects while continuing to grow toward an intermediate or advanced-level role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Network Engineer experience in office, warehouse, or datacenter environments.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support network infrastructure across offices, warehouses, and datacenters: topology, IP/VLAN design, wireless planning, redundancy/failover.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot the full network stack (firewalls, switches, wireless).
• Ensure configurations align with security policies and assist with security system integrations (cameras, access control).
• Configure SaaS integrations (SSO, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth—Okta) and build automations/workflows with low-code/API tools.
• Maintain network documentation (diagrams, IP schemas, VLANs, rack elevations).
• Collaborate with Senior Network Architect on complex initiatives and mentor Network Analysts.
• Travel up to 20% may be required.
