Crusoe is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to drive sourcing strategies for Cloud Data Center equipment and manage end-to-end procurement. You will partner with Data Center Engineering, Construction, and Operations to enable Crusoe's growth from Bellevue, WA.

This foundational role emphasizes cost optimization, supplier relationship management, and process improvements in a high-growth technology environment with strong benefits and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for Cloud Data Center categories.
• Assist end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis to contract negotiations.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver value and mitigate risk.
• Support contract negotiations and supplier relationship management to optimize cost, quality, and service.
• Identify and implement procurement process improvements for efficiency and visibility.
• Analyze product and price data to develop negotiation recommendations and bid evaluations.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
