Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist (IT, Network & Cloud) to bridge technical needs with legal and financial compliance. You will oversee complex procurement, SLA negotiations, and licensing models for data centers, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software.

You will optimize cloud spending, mitigate vendor risk, and build a scalable procurement framework across IT and Cloud footprints, driving cost savings and ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, and internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years IT procurement or vendor management experience.
• CCCM certification and foundational cloud certifications.
• Experience with CLM platforms and SAP/Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Contract Negotiation & Drafting: Define and negotiate SLAs, uptime, latency, MTTR.
• Licensing & Model Transitions: Migrate to subscription-based cloud models across Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Data Privacy & Compliance: Align vendor agreements with GDPR, CCPA, SOC2.
• Financial & Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud spend and eliminate unused licenses.
• Lifecycle & Renewal Management: Manage timelines and co-terminous renewals.
• Dispute Resolution & Vendor Oversight: Enforce SLA and negotiate credits.
• Asset & Security Tracking: Maintain hardware and software license inventory.
