Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC in Austin is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the face of IT across multiple Austin-area sites. The role blends hands-on support, light systems work, and relationship-building to keep healthcare and professional environments running smoothly.

You will provide onsite and remote support, troubleshoot workstations, MFA, printers, and connectivity, image and configure devices, and manage user provisioning and M365/AD tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate independently in a client-facing, onsite environment.
• Strong professionalism and communication with non-technical users.
• Experience in an MSP or multi-client support environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT environments is a strong plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for end users across multiple locations

Compensation

• Up to $65,000, based on experience
