AccentCare, Inc. is seeking an End User Support-IT Field Services professional to provide frontline IT support for staff in Austin and surrounding areas.

The role requires a hybrid work arrangement and travel within the Austin region, supporting hardware, software, and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of technical support experience, ITIL v3 certification, and hands-on knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and mobile OS management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or 2–4 years of technical support experience.
• ITIL v3 accreditation or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Windows OS (10/11).
• Experience with Active Directory, EntraID, Intune, and mobile OS management.
• Solid troubleshooting, documentation, and ability to communicate with a diverse audience.

Mansioni

• Provide Tier 1–2 end user support for executives and admins, addressing hardware, software, network, and collaboration tool issues with discretion.
• Manage executive devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones) and ensure optimal configuration of productivity tools (Office 365, Teams, OneDrive) and secure remote access.
• Triage and resolve escalated Help Desk issues; coordinate with Tier 3 teams and field services for timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure projects and upgrades; provide feedback to reduce recurring issues.
• Document technical solutions for review by technical teams and end users.
