Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate is a Jr. or Sr. standing pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or Computer Science with a 3.0+ GPA preferred.
• Commitment to the 8-month co-op term with Doosan Information and Communications America.
• Strong motivation, independence, and ability to manage workload under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for desktop/laptop platforms and standardization.
• Interact with network/datacenter teams to restore service and resolve problems.
• Document, track and monitor issues to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
• Reproduce issues to diagnose operating difficulties and recommend system modifications.
