Job summary

Doosan Digital Innovation America, LLC offers an eight-month co-op internship for MIS or Computer Science students. You will be treated as a true employee and act as the primary interface to end-user computing services, addressing real-time problems and resolutions.

You will gain experience by collaborating with End User Computing Analysts and customers across computing and network issues, while building skills in problem analysis and service delivery within a global Doosan ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Jr. or Sr. standing pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science
• GPA 3.0+ preferred
• Commit to eight-month co-op term with Doosan Information and Communications America
• High level of motivation and independence
• Strong background with Windows-based software troubleshooting
• Proficiency with Windows XP+ and Windows Server 2008+ and the Microsoft Suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workload
• Travel required: <10%

Responsibilities

• Provide support services for end-user platforms and related desktop image, security, and mobile device standardization.
• Resolve problems beyond the first-tier help desk.
• Coordinate with network, data center, or application teams to restore services.
• Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Reproduce user problems to aid in troubleshooting and resolution.
• Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems.
