Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a proactive IT Co-op Program Specialist in Boston. The role manages recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle activities for ITS co-op students, coordinating with hiring managers and academic partners to ensure a meaningful student experience.

The ideal candidate balances relationship management with process rigor, has prior higher-ed or campus-recruiting experience, and thrives in an early-stage program environment. Hybrid work in the Boston office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or project management cert preferred.
• 3+ years in program coordination, campus recruiting, HR/talent programs, internship/co-op administration or similar.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end co-op cycle: recruiting, interviewing support, offer coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain master schedule of co-op rotations and term alignment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for co-op students.
• Maintain records of student placements, evaluations, and program documentation.
• Partner with ITS managers to identify co-op project work and define role expectations.
• Coach managers on onboarding, supervision, and feedback for co-op students.
• Conduct regular check-ins with managers and students to monitor performance and satisfaction.
• Build relationships with university career services offices and faculty partners.
• Represent ITS at career fairs, info sessions, and campus recruiting events.
• Develop onboarding materials and program templates for managers and students.
• Track program metrics and report outcomes to ITS leadership.
