Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in IT/CS or a related degree.
• Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, 40 hours preferred.
• Candidates should complete two full-time, alternating Co-op rotations before graduation (Spring 2027 and Fall 2027).

Responsibilities

• User Support: Assist office and field employees with IT issues.
• Hardware Management: Maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and rugged field equipment.
• Software Support: Install/update business apps (e.g., Microsoft 365, Procore, Bluebeam).
• Networking: Install, configure, and troubleshoot connectivity at offices and jobsites.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure cybersecurity, access controls, and IT policies.
• Field Tech Support: Set up and maintain job site IT infrastructure.
