Job summary

LineVision in Boston is seeking an Information Technology Co-op to support security and infrastructure initiatives, serve as a first point of contact for employees, and help deploy zero-touch devices while improving data classification. Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and file organization
• Experience with support ticketing systems
• Detail-oriented approach to configuring deployment tools and documenting processes
• Self-directed problem-solver who researches and tests solutions

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive IT support as the first point of contact for employees
• Leverage Workspace ONE UEM automated staging to reduce onboarding time
• Implement confidential data handling controls to enforce policy
• Document IT processes, solutions, and workflows for consistent service
• Identify AI automate-forward opportunities to refine support processes
