Job summary

ACL Digital in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for hybrid, 6-month engagement. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding for designated client schools/units.

You will ensure compliant hiring practices, maintain ATS records, and deliver a positive candidate experience across all stages of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle for designated roles.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and HR to define roles and offers.
• Proficient in sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting diverse candidate slates.
• Experience with background checks and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of employment regulations and equitable hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels.
• Coordinate interviews and support offers and onboarding.
