Axia Women's Health is seeking an IT Clinical Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training for the EMR system (eClinicalWorks) and related technologies. You will oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), ensure data integrity, and coordinate upgrades across departments.

The role includes developing instructional materials, delivering multi-format training, and producing data-driven LMS reports to improve training effectiveness. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in LMS administration, instructional design, or corporate training.
• Experience delivering training in multiple formats (instructor-led, virtual, e-learning).
• Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR.

Mansioni

• Design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs for Axia’s EMR (eClinicalWorks) and related technologies.
• Oversee LMS administration, data integrity, and system upgrades.
• Create instructional materials (lesson plans, storyboards, quizzes, user guides) across formats.
• Provide pre- and post-go-live support for IT initiatives and data-driven reporting.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Clinical Operations and HR to align training with regulatory needs.
• Generate LMS usage and training progress reports for senior management.
