Job summary

Piedmont HealthCare, PA is seeking an eCW Application Training Analyst to develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for eClinicalWorks and related clinical applications. You will support new hires, staff, and system implementations, creating curricula, guides, videos, and learning resources to ensure staff competency and standardized workflows.

You will provide on-site support, conduct both in-person and virtual sessions, and collaborate with IT and operations to implement new processes

Qualifications

• Hands-on eClinicalWorks experience required.
• Proven training/instructional experience and public speaking.
• Experience creating training materials, e-learning, or video content.
• Working knowledge of clinical and billing workflows in ambulatory care.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and e-learning tools (e.g., SnagIt).

Responsibilities

• Deliver eCW training for new hires and existing staff across provider, clinical, and revenue cycle workflows.
• Provide classroom-style and virtual training sessions using adult learning principles.
• Offer on-the-elbow support during go-lives, upgrades, and new module rollouts.
• Develop onboarding curricula tailored by role (providers, nurses, front desk, billing).
• Conduct refresher and optimization training as workflows or systems change.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions for super users and department champions.
• Assess learner competency with checklists, assessments, and post-training evaluations.
