Job summary

CLS Health PLLC in Houston, Texas seeks a Training Specialist to educate and support clinical teams and trial staff in eClinical systems. You will design and deliver training, assess knowledge gaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain detailed training records.

You will use ECW, virtual reality, and e-learning tools to enhance sessions, collaborate with department leaders, and travel to CLS Health locations as needed to support best practices and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in training clinic staff is required.
• Experience in medical settings (front desk, medical assisting) is preferred.
• Willing to travel to CLS Health locations.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Training: Deliver training sessions through in-person, module courses, and hands-on simulations.
• Needs Assessment: Identify knowledge and skill gaps to tailor training programs.
• Compliance: Ensure training programs meet regulatory standards in healthcare.
• Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness via feedback and metrics.
• Documentation: Maintain training records and provide reports to management.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and department heads to tailor programs.
• Technology Utilization: Use ECW, VR, and e-learning platforms to enhance sessions.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with changes in ECW and communicate them to users.
