Central Florida Rheumatology Consultants, LLC is seeking an eClinicalWorks Coordinator/Trainer to oversee administration, optimization, training, and ongoing support of the EHR system. You will be the primary resource for end-user training, workflow development, and cross-functional coordination between clinical, operational, and IT teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on eCW experience in healthcare, with training experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience using eClinicalWorks in a healthcare setting.
• Experience training healthcare staff on EHR systems preferred.
• Experience in physician practices, ambulatory care, community health centers, or specialty clinics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate EHR upgrades, updates, and new feature implementations.
• Develop and deliver eClinicalWorks training programs for new hires and staff.
• Evaluate current workflows and assist with optimization of templates, order sets, and forms.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where needed.
• Ensure HIPAA/regulatory compliance in EHR processes and assist with audits and reporting.
