Job summary

Qualifications

• Active enrollment as a student with minimum GPA requirements.
• Strong verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Basic technical literacy including Windows/Mac OS and Microsoft 365.
• Reliability and punctuality with a schedule around classes.

Responsibilities

• Manage primary service channels by answering calls, routing messages, and greeting visitors.
• Resolve service tickets diligently and escalate to full-time staff when needed.
• Assist with campus ID card printing and verification for students, faculty, and staff.
• Provide basic computer troubleshooting and hands-on classroom AV support.
• Input and maintain data in scheduling and inventory systems; perform light office duties.
