Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a commercially focused Head of Segment Marketing to lead the IT Channel marketing strategy within the Secure Power Division. You will translate business priorities into scalable partner communications, enablement, and campaigns to drive growth with distributors, resellers, and e-commerce partners.

The role requires connecting partner insights with portfolio priorities, channel strategy, demand generation, and commercial execution across global and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing, channel marketing, or related experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated partner marketing strategies.
• Experience collaborating across channel sales, partner marketing, and operations.
• Experience working with indirect sales channels (distributors, resellers, MSPs).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Channel segment marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Own end-to-end to-partner and for-partner marketing strategies and enablement.
• Develop scalable campaigns, content, and activation frameworks for partners.
• Drive transactional growth across sell-in, sell-out, and e-commerce.
• Coordinate global/regional launches and partner communications.
• Define priority audiences, routes to market, and investment choices.
