Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is seeking an IT Change & Release Analyst to help ensure critical technology initiatives are ready to move forward. You will work across teams, coordinate complex implementations, and gain visibility with leadership in a large-scale program.

You will drive release readiness, manage milestones and dependencies, facilitate sessions, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

• Experience in release management, change management, technology implementations, or project/program coordination.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical teams and leadership.
• Ownership mindset, able to keep things moving and follow through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and influence teams without direct authority.
• ITIL, ITSM, ServiceNow, or large-scale technology deployment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an IT Change & Release Analyst who enjoys bringing people together, navigating complexity, and making sure critical technology initiatives are ready to move forward.

This is an opportunity to have a real seat at the table on a complex technology program. You’ll work across teams, have visibility with leadership, and play a key role in making sure major implementations and releases are successful.
