Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management and/or scrum master experience.
• Strong technical project management experience in Agile environments.
• Experience with Kanban or Scrum.
• Experience coaching teams and improving delivery processes.
• Proven track record of measurable results and outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing change and navigating ambiguity.
• Jira and Confluence experience preferred.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Copilot is a plus.

Position Summary: This role will support technology delivery and management for a major platform migration. The candidate will be responsible for managing the migration from a technology standpoint while also supporting and enabling two core teams. This role will involve coordinating delivery, removing blockers, improving team processes, and driving successful outcomes.
