Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is seeking an IT Financial Analyst to support financial visibility, budget consolidation, and cost management across a large technology organization. You will aggregate, cleanse, validate, and consolidate financial data into a single, trusted view of technology spend.

The ideal candidate brings IT financial experience, product costing/TCO knowledge, advanced Excel and Power Query skills, and experience consolidating large-scale budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong background in IT Finance, Technology Finance, FinOps, financial analysis, or technology cost management.
• Experience supporting and consolidating large-scale budgets, ideally $50M+.
• Advanced hands-on Excel skills with strong Power Query experience.
• Experience aggregating, cleansing, normalizing, and reconciling financial data from multiple sources.
• Ability to identify financial inconsistencies, anomalies, and variances and work with stakeholders to validate inputs.
• Experience creating consolidated financial views and reporting for leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple budget owners and functional teams.
• Comfortable working independently and introducing structure within an evolving environment.

Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is seeking an IT Financial Analyst to support financial visibility, budget consolidation, and cost management across a large technology organization. This individual will work across multiple cost centers and budget owners to aggregate, cleanse, validate, and consolidate financial data into a single, trusted view of technology spend.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of IT financial experience, product costing/TCO knowledge, advanced Excel and Power Query skills, and experience consolidating large-scale budgets. This role will also provide light support across strategic initiatives and portfolio reporting.

• Experience supporting and consolidating large-scale budgets, ideally $50M+
• Strong understanding of technology cost structures, including:
• Labor
• Cloud
• Software licensing
• Hardware and infrastructure
• Experience with product costing, technology costing, cost allocation, and/or Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
• Advanced hands-on Excel skills with strong Power Query experience
• Experience aggregating, cleansing, normalizing, and reconciling financial data from multiple sources
