Job summary

Stellent IT LLC in Las Colinas, TX is seeking a Change Management Analyst for a 24-month contract (W2). You will create, manage, and coordinate release-related Change Requests within ServiceNow and support weekly, on-demand, expedited, and emergency releases.

• Hands-on experience creating and managing Change Requests.
• Experience making risk-based decisions using data and metrics.
• Previous experience in a large financial services organization is required.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, and release management.
• Agile/JIRA experience including daily standups and story tracking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support weekly and emergency releases.
• Flexibility to participate in rotational release schedules including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and coordinate release-related Change Requests within the ServiceNow platform.
• Support weekly, on-demand, expedited, and emergency releases while ensuring timely approvals and alignment with release schedules.
• Plan, manage, coordinate, communicate, and deploy technology releases on a rotational basis, including occasional nights and weekends.
• Participate in ServiceNow release management activities including patching, cloning, upgrades, and key notifications.
• Gather required information, draft communications, and distribute release-related notifications to stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/JIRA daily standups, story tracking, and release-related activities.
• Lead or participate in technology initiatives supporting simple to moderately complex business problems.
• Support Environment Management and coordinate activities across ServiceNow build and technology teams.
• Plan and facilitate effective meetings with large teams using Microsoft Teams.
• Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with ServiceNow and ServiceNow Build Team resources.
