Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is seeking an IT Change & Release Analyst to help ensure critical technology initiatives are ready to move forward. You will work across teams, coordinate complex implementations, and gain visibility with leadership in a large-scale program.

You will drive release readiness, manage milestones and dependencies, facilitate sessions, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

Experience in release management, change management, technology implementations, or project/program coordination.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical teams and leadership.
Ownership mindset, able to keep things moving and follow through.
Ability to manage competing priorities and influence teams without direct authority.
ITIL, ITSM, ServiceNow, or large-scale technology deployment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate complex technology implementations and releases across technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
Drive release readiness, milestones, dependencies, and action items.
Facilitate working sessions and keep teams aligned and accountable.
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and help drive them to resolution.
Support go live planning and execution.
Provide clear updates to leadership on progress, risks, and readiness.
Help ensure change and release processes are followed.
