Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, HR, or related field.
• 6+ years of organizational change management experience supporting enterprise technology or digital transformation.
• Experience leading change management efforts for large organizations or complex enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter change methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing communication plans, training materials, and user adoption strategies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly communications and training.
• Strong relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organizational change management strategy aligned with project goals.
• Assess readiness and conduct stakeholder analyses to identify impacts and adoption challenges.
• Create and implement communications plans to engage stakeholders and support adoption.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs and user documentation for diverse audiences.
• Monitor adoption through surveys and metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and leaders to ensure alignment.
• Coach leaders on change management practices and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to support readiness and user adoption.
• Promote continuous improvement of change management processes.
