Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall change management plan.
• Collaborate with Change Management leaders, operations, product teams, IT and field resources.
• Create and update deliverables like Tear Sheets, Stakeholder Analysis and Training Needs Analysis.
• Ensure on-time delivery of change materials and manage change activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder conversations to clarify processes and technology impacts.
• Support actions based on formal feedback and drive adoption across teams.
