Job summary

NuAxis Innovations is seeking a Change Management Specialist - SME to lead organizational change efforts for a multi-year federal IT modernization program. You will design and execute change strategies aligning internal teams, external stakeholders, and the public to modern digital services with measurable adoption.

You will lead communications, training, and knowledge transfer, coordinating with release plans and governance processes to ensure audit readiness and 508-compliant deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in organizational change management; enterprise IT modernization or platform migration experience.
• Formal OCM methodology knowledge (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an OCM strategy and roadmap aligned to release plans.
• Conduct stakeholder, change impact, and readiness assessments for modernization increments.
• Design and deliver communications plans, training curricula, job aids, guides, and demos.
• Lead knowledge transfer to federal staff and support teams; document and handoff sessions.
