Aquent Talent is seeking an Organizational Change Management Analyst to drive change initiatives in our IT organization. You will shape how technology projects are adopted, ensure smooth transitions, and foster adaptability and continuous learning across teams.

You will lead change strategies, stakeholder analysis, and communications, while guiding adoption across multiple departments in a fast-evolving environment. This role emphasizes collaboration and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development or related field.
• 3-5 years IT change management with 2-3 years on IT initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale IT change and adoption.
• Strong knowledge of change methodologies and end-to-end process.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage organizational change management strategy for IT initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder analysis and leadership alignment across teams.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication and engagement plans.
• Conduct change impact analysis and training needs analysis.
• Establish change measurement strategies and track adoption.
• Manage large-scale IT change initiatives within a matrixed organization.
• Lead adoption across multiple teams and ensure alignment with agile practices.
• Assess risks and apply change and agile principles to scope.
