The role advises on change management for new IT system implementations within the IT Project Management Office, ensuring smooth adoption and a user-focused experience for employees. You will design and execute change strategies, engage executives and staff, and measure progress using frameworks like Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience required with an applicable bachelors degree.
• 9 years of experience required with an applicable associate degree.
• 11 years of experience required without a degree or applicable degree.
• Minimum of 5 years in organizational change management or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale change initiatives in a corporate/tech/project-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotters 8-Step Model, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, recommend, and execute a strategic change management plan aligned with goals.
• Define and track objectives and milestones for change progression.
• Consult with executives, department heads, and system users to gather input.
• Act as advisor to leadership on employee sentiment and readiness.
• Conduct change impact analyses on roles, processes, and departments.
• Develop clear communication plans detailing reasons for change and benefits.
• Create and maintain change management toolkits and templates.
• Use multiple channels (emails, workshops, intranet) to engage diverse groups.
• Maintain regular status updates with stakeholders and project team.
• Develop training materials and assess trainee progress.
