You will partner with stakeholders and product teams to translate complex tech into user-friendly adoption strategies and training materials.

The role focuses on building organizational readiness, enabling continuous improvement, and delivering measurable impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated change management experience supporting significant technology, digital, or business transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in supporting digital product implementations, technology deployments, or large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated experience in developing impactful communications, comprehensive training materials, and effective adoption plans.
• Ability to expertly manage multiple initiatives and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Deep understanding of organizational change principles, employee adoption strategies, and business readiness methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop change management plans for advanced digital and AI initiatives.
• Lead adoption and sustainment activities for new product releases and improvements.
• Conduct stakeholder and user interviews, impact and readiness assessments.
• Craft communications, engagement strategies, and change deliverables for successful adoption.
• Coordinate training activities, develop learning resources, and build organizational capabilities.
• Lead a Change Champion Network to foster awareness and advocacy.
• Collaborate with product teams and leaders to understand impacts and adoption needs.
• Gather user feedback and adoption insights to drive improvements.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple AI initiatives and dependencies.
• Leverage AI tools to create content and support change activities.
