Requirements include 10+ years in change management, expertise in Prosci/Kotter/ADKAR, and strong facilitation and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.10+ years in change management/communications roles.
• Experience supporting IT transformation or digital initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) & communication strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of tailoring messaging for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for IT transformation projects.
• Design and deliver communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Partner with project teams, business leaders, and HR to assess change impacts and mitigation.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor progress, engagement, and communication effectiveness; adjust plans as needed.
• Advise leadership on change management best practices, risks, and opportunities.
• Create and maintain change management toolkits, templates, and resources.
• Support development of a change network across the organization.
