Job summary

Brunswick Corporation seeks an Organizational Change Management and Communication Leader to drive IT transformation initiatives. You will engage stakeholders, manage resistance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

You will develop change strategies, design communications, partner with HR and project teams, facilitate trainings, measure outcomes, and advise leadership on best practices to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or better in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in change management and communications roles.
• Experience supporting IT transformation or digital initiatives.
• Change management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for IT transformation projects.
• Design and deliver communication plans to inform, engage, and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
• Partner with project teams, HR, and leadership to assess change readiness and drive adoption.
