Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years professional experience in data entry, business document preparation, and telephone/email communication.
• Two years professional experience reviewing, auditing, and analyzing documents; applying laws and regulations; researching and preparing reports.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ticketing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
