Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking a Program Manager (2. Manager) to support the Florida Department of Health across Tobacco Free Florida initiatives, including cessation interventions, AHEC efforts, and e-referral/eHealth solutions.

The role focuses on coordinating health system changes, engaging health providers, and leading program development. Contract staff will facilitate training, manage relationships with health plans and providers, and drive implementation of IT-enabled

Qualifications

25+ years collaborating with health care providers and health systems.
20+ years coordinating with local, state, and federal organizations to facilitate systems change.
10+ years implementing health IT solutions and health systems change.
15+ years in program development, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Provide Program Manager (2. Manager) services per PO; supply qualified staff within 2 weeks of vacancy.
Develop Department cessation program strategies and business cases; align with BTFF-wide plans.
Hold monthly meetings with Department staff and Area Health Education Center offices; ensure at least one in-person meeting within three months.
Coordinate with Quitline vendor, Department evaluators, and IT solution vendors to enable eReferrals and system change.
Incorporate evaluation findings into system change efforts and maintain documentation for invoicing.
