Machine Learning Technologies, LLC seeks a seasoned Program Manager to support Tobacco Free Florida health systems projects and related IT solutions, including AHEC Cessation Tracker, E-referral hub, and Quitline integration. The contractor will coordinate with Florida DOH across multiple health systems, vendors, and evaluators to drive actionable change.

• Minimum 25 years of health care collaboration experience with diverse providers.
• Minimum 20 years coordinating with local/state/federal entities for system change.
• Minimum 10 years in health systems IT solutions and implementations.
• Minimum 10 years in training for health systems change initiatives.
• Minimum 20 years facilitating health systems change activities.
• Minimum 10 years of health care financial management experience.
• Minimum 3 years in cessation evaluation findings application.
• Minimum 10 years with health plans/providers.
• Minimum 25 years knowledge of health system types and change.
• Minimum 10 years documenting health policy trends nationally/statewide.
• Minimum 15 years in partnership and relationship management.
• Minimum 15 years in program development and process improvement.
• Minimum 10 years in strategic planning for health initiatives.
• Minimum 15 years experience with health care technology systems including cessation.
• Minimum 3 years in tobacco cessation initiatives.
• Minimum 10 years leading enterprise-healthcare teams.
• Minimum 10 years in project/program management in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Provide staff for Program Manager services per PO; notify vacancies within 1 business day.
• Develop Department cessation strategy supporting business cases and high-level plans.
• Hold monthly meetings with Department staff to advise and drive system change.
• Coordinate with AHEC program offices; ensure in-person meeting at least once every 3 months.
• Participate in calls with Quitline vendor to resolve cessation and interface issues.
• Engage with Department evaluators to incorporate findings into system changes.
• Coordinate between cessation staff and Health Communications for initiatives.
• Identify and document trends in health policy affecting financing/operations.
