Quantum Technologies. LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead cessation and health system change initiatives for Florida Department of Health projects, including TFFACT, E-referral, FCAA, and Quitline interfaces.

20 years experience facilitating systems change activities.
10 years financial management in health care systems.
3+ years experience with cessation evaluation findings.
10 years with health plans/providers.
25 years experience with health system types and health system change.
10 years experience documenting health policy trends.
15 years in health care partnership building.
15 years experience in program development and process improvement.
10 years of strategic planning in health contexts.
15+ years with technology systems for health care including cessation.
3+ years experience in tobacco cessation initiatives.
10 years leading enterprise-level health care teams.
10 years in project and program management in health care settings.

Responsabilités

3.1.1–Provide a Program Manager staff meeting stated requirements and replacements within specified timeframes.
3.1.2–Develop Department Cessation program strategies and high-level BTFF plans.
3.1.3–Hold monthly Department staff meetings to advise on status and changes.
3.1.4–Schedule in-person meetings with AHEC program offices, document dates.
3.1.5–Participate in calls with Quitline vendor to resolve issues.
3.1.6–Attend meetings with Department cessation evaluators.
3.1.7–Incorporate evaluation suggestions into system changes.
3.1.8–Coordinate with Cessation staff and BTFF stakeholders.
3.1.9–Assess impact of HHS reorgs and health policy on cessation efforts.
3.1.10–Document trends in state/national health policy affecting financing/operations.
3.1.11–Collaborate with BTFF programs and leadership to align strategy.
3.1.12–Create lists of Florida health care systems with key data.
3.1.13–Coordinate with willing Florida health care systems for change.
3.1.14–Identify health system change champions within organizations.
3.1.15–Develop lists of health care provider groups by geography.
3.1.16–Contact groups to gauge willingness for system change.
3.1.17–Create lists of other provider groups for system changes.
3.1.18–Engage additional provider groups for change.
3.1.19–Coordinate with agencies to facilitate systems change.
3.1.20–Engage major EHR vendors to enable eReferrals.
3.1.21–Engage EHRs for physician organizations/FQHCs.
3.1.22–Meet Department staff and providers to facilitate E-referrals and EHR vendor coordination.
3.1.23–Coordinate with IT vendors to narrow BTFF-related system changes.
3.1.24–Orient and mentor Dept staff in health system change principles.
3.1.25–Develop program/user manuals with Department staff.
3.1.26–Lead/train Tobacco Treatment Specialists in health systems change.
3.1.27–Ensure data security/compliance per Department policies.
