Job summary

McKinstry in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Project Manager - Change Management to lead complex, enterprise-wide projects from initiation through adoption. You will blend project delivery with change management to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and adopted by affected teams.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, governance, risk and resource management, and driving adoption through communication, training, and leadership alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience leading complex projects, programs, implementations, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience delivering cross-functional work in a large, complex organization.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable project plans and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex enterprise-wide projects from initiation through closure with clear scope, outcomes, governance, and budgets.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable plans and ensure on-time delivery and adoption.
• Assess stakeholder readiness and develop change strategies to drive adoption and sustained change.
• Establish governance and provide concise reporting on progress, risks, and benefits realization.
