This role emphasizes requirements gathering, system design, testing (UAT), and post-launch support with focus on SOX/PCI-DSS compliance, plus collaboration across departments to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Experience with low code platforms and experience with SQL and data visualization tools highly preferred.
• Certifications: CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work with product owners, IT resources, and stakeholders to understand business needs and design solutions.
• Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Develop functional specifications and system design requirements; ensure scalability and technical feasibility.
• Support project planning with timelines, scope, and resource estimates; assist during implementation.
• Lead UAT and testing; ensure quality and performance of system changes.
• Provide training and support to end-users; act as liaison between IT and business units.
