Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a Sr IT Business Analyst to join our Commercial Lines Production Management team. The role can be based at our Worcester, MA Corporate Headquarters or be remote, full-time and exempt.

You will elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and ensure end-user readiness of solutions. You will lead requirements, advise on options, and keep stakeholders aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrates leadership responsibilities.
• Specialization in at least one BA area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of structured requirements from multiple sources.
• Advise partners on options with risk and cost/benefit analysis.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and provide timely information.
• Understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Participate across agile, waterfall, and iterative project methodologies.
• Mentor teammates on QA deliverables and business acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with implementation management for successful delivery.
