Qualifications

• Six or more years of relevant work experience including software delivery or educational experience within a technology domain.
• Experience delivering technology and/or business solutions across industries, platforms, and/or lines of business (LOBs).
• Demonstrated capability in managing the requirements lifecycle, including facilitation, elicitation, and documenting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead or partner with stakeholders, Architects, and tech professionals to understand needs and align requirements to architecture.
• Manage complex requirements and drive alignment through facilitation and collaboration.
• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead development and maintenance of detailed requirements artifacts and ensure traceability.
• Support the complete requirements lifecycle from idea through implementation on complex initiatives.
• Provide analysis of business processes, systems, data, and performance measures to support outcomes.
• Communicate, negotiate, and solve problems with stakeholders and team members.
• Coach junior analysts to improve quality and consistency of analysis.
