Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field required.
• Minimum two years in healthcare, IT, admin or related support.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proactive with routine decisions and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day business support to the IT department.
• Manage ordering, tracking, and delivery of IT hardware and software.
• Monitor IT budgets and address variances with IT leadership.
• Process new and renewal contracts, POs, and invoices promptly.
• Support IT Service Management system for better service delivery.
• Develop and manage inventory of IT assets.
• Facilitate IT purchases and track logistics from ordering to delivery.
• Track annual budget renewals and expenses.
• Submit IT invoices timely.
• Anticipate IT Managers’ needs and provide proactive support.
• Arrange department-wide activities including All IT Meetings.
• Partner with leaders to proactively manage IT needs.
• Collaborate with operations to develop self-service IT access modules.
• Maintain and publish monthly Service Management statistics.
• Report to the Vice President, CIO.
