Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration, with initiative and leadership.
• Healthcare data experience with Cost Accounting, Decision Support, GL, Payroll, Physician Practice, Patient Accounting and Supply Chain, preferred.
• Experience with Strata highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost accounting and decision support systems.
• Serve as SME for cost accounting methodologies, data integrity, and reporting.
• Partner with operational, financial, and technical teams to drive process improvements, perform analyses, and provide insights to leadership.
