Job summary

Dolly Parton Children's Hospital is seeking an IT Business Support Analyst II to manage IT hardware/software orders, track budgets, and process contracts, POs, and invoices to ensure timely delivery of IT services.

The role also supports the IT Service Management system and partners with IT leadership and clinical operations to optimize IT services and delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Two years of experience in healthcare, information technology, or administrative support
• Must have strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive inventory of IT assets
• Facilitate IT purchases, tracking all logistical aspects from initial ordering to completed delivery
• Track annual hardware and software budget renewals and expenses
• Track and submit all IT invoices, ensuring they are paid in a timely manner
• Collaborate with IT managers to anticipate and address IT needs
• Support IT service management system to maximize features and efficiency
