Dolly Parton Children's Hospital is seeking an IT Business Support Analyst II to provide day-to-day IT business support within the Information Technology department. Under general supervision the IT Business Support Analyst II provides day-to-day business support to the Information Technology department. Responsibilities include managing the ordering, tracking and delivery of IT hardware and software, monitoring IT budgets and working with IT leadership to address known variances, processing new and renewal contracts, POs, and invoices in a timely manner. This position also supports the IT Service Management system to maximize the use of all features and functionality that support efficient and effective delivery of IT services.
