Job summary

Eversource seeks a skilled IT Business Analyst to bridge Engineering and IT, translating business needs into functional requirements. You will interact with architects and IT staff to design solutions aligned with business goals and stakeholders’ priorities.

Hybrid in-office role requiring collaboration across teams; standard duties include requirements elicitation, planning, and documentation, with opportunities to contribute to roadmaps and project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years demonstrated application of Business Analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and Jira/VSTS tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads or oversees meetings between IT and the business area to inform on ongoing discussions.
• Captures, analyzes and documents business and user requirements and user stories.
• Develops IT roadmaps and ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• May assist in facilitating Application Development and Support activities for small and large development requests.
