Job summary
Eversource Energy is seeking an IT Manager – Business Services to drive technology strategy and delivery for enterprise shared services, including HR, Payroll, Marketing, and Sustainability. Qualifications
- Requires 10–12 years of progressive IT leadership experience in enterprise shared services.
- Supports HR, Payroll, Communications, Sustainability, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, or related functions.
- Experience leading application portfolios, roadmaps, and delivery in a complex enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology strategy, delivery, operations, and continuous improvement for enterprise shared services.
- Develop and maintain business-aligned technology roadmaps.
- Manage delivery teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality execution.
