Job summary

Essex Management, an Emmes Company, seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business operations and technical delivery for health informatics and enterprise transformation initiatives. The role supports workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design across clinical operations, finance, HR, and supply chain.

You will work with stakeholders to translate needs into fit-for-function technology solutions, ensuring governance, security, and change management are integral to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum six (6) years of progressively responsible business analysis experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, health IT, or related environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementations and modernization projects.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess current-state operations and business processes.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit and validate requirements across stakeholders.
• Develop process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical teams and leadership.
• Support SDLC and Agile delivery, including backlog refinement and UAT.
• Deliver post-implementation support and knowledge sharing.
